Claim your free profile
Find your business, verify it's yours, and set your styles, services, service areas, pricing and availability. It takes about ten minutes.

Get matched with couples
Couples tell us their date, location, guest count, budget and style first. You receive the enquiries that fit what you offer, with the brief attached.

Reply, quote and book
Answer in PickWed, send a quote from your packages and add-ons, and move the booking into Studio when they say yes.
To protect couples, you see their first name and initial until you’ve exchanged a quote, and you reply through PickWed. Couples never get cold calls, which is part of why they trust the enquiries they send.

Studio is the business side of PickWed: the CRM, contracts, invoices and client portal you would otherwise pay for separately, already connected to the couples you meet here and to the ones you bring yourself.

Is it free to list on PickWed?+
Yes. Your profile, matching, enquiries, messaging and quotes are free. Premium and Pro add Studio, the booking software, and Pro adds Featured placement.
My business is already on PickWed. Why?+
We build a starting profile from public business information so couples can find you. Claim it to take control of what it says, or ask us to remove it at pickwed.com.au/remove-my-listing.
What does Featured placement mean?+
Pro businesses can appear in an extra, clearly labelled Featured spot, and only for couples they are still a good match for. We don't guarantee enquiries, and we show you how many couples saw it.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?+
No. PickWed takes no commission on payments your clients make to you. Stripe's processing fees apply to card payments, and we'll give you 30 days' notice before that ever changes.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, in your billing settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free.
